Impact on students: Issue: What will students need when school returns?
Issue/Problem.   Describe the current problem that the issue presents to the nation.  Indicate the impact of the issue and the impact of not solving the problem.  On a scale of 1 (Low) to 5 (How), identify how urgent you think the problem is, explaining your answer.
Collaboration.  Describe the collaboration that must occur. Distinguish real collaboration from other forms of working together. Describe how collaboration can be enforced.
